How to block an application from accessing the Internet

  1. Open the list of installed programs.
  2. Find Device Health Service.
  3. Click the gray arrow next to the utility name.
  4. Click the “Storage Cleanup” button, then “Reset Settings”.

  6. Launch the Security program.
  7. Click the Special Permissions button.
